Estas pr\u00e1cticas carentes de evidencias cient\u00edficas, que la Organizaci\u00f3n M\u00e9dica Colegial ha declarado contrarias a la deontolog\u00eda m\u00e9dica y que adem\u00e1s\u00a0<strong>se practican en la mayor\u00eda de casos desde centros que incumplen las leyes de centros y profesiones sanitarias<\/strong>, ser\u00edan la causa de estas muertes por tres v\u00edas principales:\u00a0<strong>abandono de terapias, p\u00e9rdida de oportunidad terap\u00e9utica y da\u00f1os directos al paciente.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">El texto repasa diversos casos recogidos en prensa y en la literatura cient\u00edfica, y realiza una extrapolaci\u00f3n de esos datos a la situaci\u00f3n demogr\u00e1fica de Espa\u00f1a. Debido a las limitaciones en la cantidad y calidad de estudios,\u00a0<strong>las cifras podr\u00edan estar altamente infraestimadas<\/strong>. Adem\u00e1s, el informe elaborado por APETP llama la atenci\u00f3n sobre la\u00a0<strong>ausencia de estudios oficiales, por parte de las autoridades competentes, lo que dificulta obtener una cifra exacta<\/strong>\u00a0para arrojar luz sobre un grave problema de salud p\u00fablica que genera miles de muertes evitables al a\u00f1o.\u00a0El informe \u2014<strong>el primero que intenta extrapolar los fallecidos por estas pr\u00e1cticas en un pa\u00eds al completo<\/strong>\u2014, es el primer paso en la direcci\u00f3n de estimar mejor este problema,\u00a0<strong>una cuesti\u00f3n que deber\u00e1n abordar, en todo caso, las administraciones sanitarias<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Por \u00faltimo, el texto presenta un an\u00e1lisis de cu\u00e1l es la situaci\u00f3n actual en Espa\u00f1a, y analiza los motivos del auge de pr\u00e1cticas pseudocient\u00edficas que implican a muchos actores, entre ellos las universidades, los ayuntamientos, los colegios de m\u00e9dicos, los medios de comunicaci\u00f3n y los diferentes organismos del estado encargados de hacer cumplir las leyes sobre centros y profesiones
